This can be done on the first level, just take your time, you can still get park tokens and also watch out for rails as they could have rings on

Agreed, the first level is probably the easiest stage to do it in - avoid rails and the rainbow ramps, don't boost at all and you should get by fairly easily.

It could be done on Tropical Resort act 5. You must complete any act without picking up any rings.

Funny enough, this trophy is actually not as bad as you might think despite the name. I was able to obtain it rather early on with minimal effort. It is self explanatory as you just need to finish an Act without picking up any rings. Personally, I was able to do this on Tropical Resort Act 5 since many of the rings are out of the way with exception of maybe 2 sections which are still pretty easy to avoid.
