As with any Sonic game, rings are plentiful and found in throughout the entire game. Many levels feature an abundance of rings so you should get this naturally. Some of the easiest levels to obtain this are the ones featuring the green Hover wisp since it often utilizes a ring dash that allows you to dash along a trail of rings and collect them too.
