This one was annoying but here's how i did it. Attack the machine guns first this is an absolute must because this is how rocket wisp falls out. Grab that and attack the light destroying it for more points. Ship will then throw asteroids at you, dont get hit and use the rocket in the middle of the ship aiming for the boxes. Repeat this the second time and the ship will be destroyed. Do a lot of lane switches for 1000s of points in between intervals and grab as many rings as possible. Took me many tries but this is how I did it.

Some tips:
You cant hit the lights 1st because those dont drop a rocket wisp, but only in the 1st half.
Dont attack the middle part a 2nd time (you will only get 100k points the 1st time you hit it).
After the 1st rocket hit you NEED to have +620k points, if not, restart. I got many times only 550k points and it never worked for S rank.

Another tip I will add. If you're having issues targeting the torrents make sure you are doing a small hop jump and not a big spinning jump. Doing the bigger jump almost always targeted the lights and stuff only.

Frigate Skullian is the boss of Asteroid Coaster. This trophy can get a little annoying since the S rank requirements are a bit strict. I will let you know that you cannot take a hit at all because you are going to need all your rings and every possible point to obtain the S rank. You want to go for speed here without a doubt, but you also need to capitalize on every moment you have in order to earn points.
When the fight starts, quickly get to the boss and you need to hit either the left thruster, the right thruster, or the middle eye. Those are the only parts that will give you an Orange Rocket wisp right now. If you hit anything else even once, restart the fight because you won't be able to get the Orange Rocket wisp quickly enough. When you take down any of the 3 parts mentioned, he should drop an Orange Rocket wisp and some rings. Make sure to get the wisp and pick up as many rings as you can. After that, get to the boss again and aim for a DIFFERENT part. DO NOT hit the same part again or else you will not get points for it. I recommend going for the searchlight or turret because it goes down quickly which will save you on time. As soon as the part is destroyed, start spamming quick step to accumulate points as the boss transitions. When you get to the sidescrolling portion, be very careful and dodge the incoming asteroids. After that, the boss should appear so you need to quick get underneath him and use the Orange Rocket wisp you collected earlier. Fly into the boss for big damage, and you should skip that portion and arrive back to the segment similar to the beginning. At this point the boss will drop spikes and rings. Collect as many rings as you can, but please be careful to avoid the spikes. After that, aim to destory another searchlight or turret. This time, an Orange Rocket Wisp should drop and you will have saved time since these parts go down quickly. Collect the wisp with any possible rings and once again aim to destroy another part you have not touched yet. Taking down the exact same part you already destroyed will progress the fight, but earn you no points so be careful. Once you destory another part, begin spamming quick step again until the boss transitions, then avoid the coming asteroids. When the boss appears, quickly make your way to him again and use the Orange Rocket wisp again to fly through the bottom of him. This should destroy him. As he is dropping rings, spam quick step and collect as many as you can (use boost if you need to here). Hopefully, this should earn you the S rank. It may take some attempts as there have been times I missed it by only 4000 points which is just 4 quick steps.
