I popped this by accident on ps4 while streaming. Just jump and boost through the numbers, you'll easily break em before the timer is up.

This trophy is pretty simple. You only need to set a personal best score on any level, then smash the numbers by jumping into them on the Results screen. You will know you have set a personal best when you see the crown icon on the left that says Personal Best. Doing this the first time you complete a level should earn you this trophy easily.
