For this achievement you have to finish Metal City Expert under 5:20 in time attack mode. Make use of the gear part "Speed" to get this. Use the "Speed" ways. Don't worry if you missed one - you still have a chance to get this. You have to perform a very high jump at the end in every round.
It's a little bit hard to get this.
