Rocket Star is very easy. Just play normal race and stay at 12th place. You will obtain this item a lot of times. You can also use bike-gear.

On a bike tutorial level when you ride against a bunch of robots you always get soda regardless of your position. The race itself is a very short, so it's a perfect place to grind that.
