First of all you have to turn the time limit on 3 minutes. To get the achievement is easier now. Tehn choose a course (I've taken Rocky Ridge Standard) and race. Hit your enemies as often as possible and use Bowling Balls. If you're using bowling balls, make sure you are behind lots of your enemies. So you can hit them all, you see it in my video.
