Fishing spots are Purple Portals that you can find at what seems to be the end of each Island area. You use purple coins found around the free roam area to fish, each coin being a catch.

Seeing as it’s the earliest one you find, the first portal on Kronos Island is where I did this. It took about 30 coins to get all the catches, so it seems very heavily weighed into giving you a unique catch every single coin until you have them all, but this isn’t a guarantee. The full list of 30 things to catch at this spot is:

No dupes for me either. I would suggest having ~35 coins to account for mistakes made while fishing.

Thank god it ain't pure luck like on yakuza games!!!

Seriously though got them all easy got 4 treasure chests and all rest was random fish needed great job 😂

I just have a list for players who may start fishing at Chaos island similar to my play-through. I had 416 purple coins saved by this point in the game and only went fishing once on Kronos to see what it was about.

There's really not much to a guide for this. Just pick a fishing location and keep fishing until you get the achievement.

Fishing is simple: Throw your line, snag a bite, then beat the quick-time event to pull it in. The timing is easy, even for the Rare Items (Chest, Gold Chest, Elder Kok's Scroll, and Hermit Koko's Scroll).

I suggest making full use of your first Starfall to earn as many fishing tokens as possible. This will make it easy to just fish in one session until you get the achievement, as well as unlock all of the Eggman records along the way. It's also super handy for getting the Memories you need to progress the story if you are having trouble collecting them normally.

If you are using fishing spots to help max your attributes, then this will likely come naturally. Each fishing spot has specific catches that reward various amounts of fish tokens when caught. Just save up a large amount of purple coins, then pick a fishing spot on any of the islands to go for. Keep fishing at that same spot until you have landed every available catch. Personally, I recommend the Southern Fishing Spot found on Ouranos Island since it is also the best for farming fish tokens, but you can choose whichever fishing spot you would like. If needed, you can view all of your catches in the Fish-O-Pedia when at a fishing spot.

Don't bother going for this achievement until end game, when you've finished everything else and therefore hopefully amassed at least 300 purple coins (but hopefully closer to 500). Then, you'll want to do this at the Ouranos Island fishing portal, because the catches are worth far more tokens than others, and you'll want to use the tokens from your catches for this achievement to level up all your stats to max (as discussed in Hypersonic Hedgehog (15G)).

Once in a fishing portal with plenty of purple coins, it's just a matter of doing the (very easy) QTEs over and over. There is nothing random about fishing. You will always get the same catches in the same order, with no repeats, until you catch them all, unlocking this achievement and starting the catches over from the beginning. So, all that's need for this is to just catch things one after another until you get them all. No need to list everything because they come in a set order.
