To do this, you'll need to find a purple fishing portal in the open zone and enter it. Once you're there, you'll immediately meet Big the Cat and be taught how to fish.

In each open zone you find a portal that leads to a fishing spot instead of a Cyber Space area. These fishing spots allow you to fish with Big the Cat to obtain useful items. You can use purple coins you have found to pay Big to borrow his fishing rod to catch a fish. He will then reward with an amount of fish tokens based on what you have caught. To obtain this trophy, simply complete the tutorial you get upon entering a fishing spot for the first time.
