How to unlock the Combo Crackerjack achievement in Sonic Frontiers - Definitive Guide
Updated:
Thanks to some recommendations I can update this with a much faster and easier solution. Will leave the old one below because otherwise the comments would be weird. :D
This can be done as soon as Phantom Rush is unlocked as an ability. Head to one of the two Asura guardians on the first island (Kronos). Go to one of its legs. Even if there's no homing attack sign, you can still attack it from the ground. As the legs won't move at all and Asura only attacks with its arms (which can't hit you at that spot), it just comes down to button mashing from here on out. You don't deal actual damage, but the combo counter still increases. After Phantom Rush is activated, let it run out and repeat the procedure for 50 times.
Old version:
If you're anything like me, "Combo Crackerjack" will most likely be your final trophy / achievement in Sonic Frontiers. After levelling up your stats to maximum it's hard to find enemies that still live long enough for you to activate Phantom Rush. But there's a pretty easy solution to that.
Create a new game file, set the difficulty on easy and progress through Kronos island until you reach the spider-web structure in the northwest. You can run past by almost all enemies, just make sure to collect enough experience points to unlock Phantom Rush (it needs levels of experience in total).
There save your game, run towards the middle of the platform, there's a tower. Spam the attack button until Phantom Rush activates, then jump into the water, respawn and repeat. It took me about an hour from starting the file to getting the trophy this way and it's much easier than doing it after levelling up.
Hope this helps!

Can I do this in my first playthrough, if I didn't start the game yet?

Sure, that's absolutely no problem. Just did it on my Xbox during my first playthrough there.

If you're like me and this is the last achievement you need to unlock, travel back to Ares Island and look for the spring enemies that bounce around the desert. They take no damage from anything but B button slam attacks, so you can just beat them up until you hit your meter, then let it run out, and repeat.

Took me a few minutes, a lot less complicated than the Asura method, thanks!!!

Huge kudos for this. Only needed around 3-5 more on my old file. Much quicker and easier than the Asura method

You will need to unlock phantom rush before starting this achievement. Thankfully it's the second skill you unlock.
Asura the first major mini boss located on kronos island near stage 1-3 or the first chaos emerald. When you trigger the boss ignore doing damage and go to its feet, this will allow you to attack its legs. Let the bar fill up and just sit there until it goes away. I did this achievement on hard so difficulty doesn't matter.

Alternative method from TheSkullmasher on TA. The spring enemies on Ares will only take damage from stomp attacks, meaning you can just get Phantom Rush, let it run out, repeat. You can do this on your old file, so you won't have to start over

This one can be frustrating, since most enemies, groups or otherwise, die far faster than you can reach Phantom Rush.
Note: If I'm not mistaken, it actually requires you to fill your Phantom Rush gauge 50 times (not merely do 50 Phantom Rush attacks; you can do multiple Phantom Rush attacks during a single charge of Phantom Rush if you keep your combo going). If I am correct, then you need to let your gauge empty before starting up another Phantom Rush.
Boring, but fast method (available from the start of the game): Go to the base of the Asura and attack its feet. You can attack, and even Phantom Rush, but will deal no damage so you can just do this as long as you want. It also can't attack you there, so you are totally safe.
Slow Method: Play the game and fight the Guardians and Titans a lot, making sure to do as little damage as possible to charge up the gauge.

Before you can do these achievements, you'll obviously need to unlock the Phantom Rush skill from the skill tree. It's one of the earliest available ones though, so you should unlock it before even finishing the first island.
How this skill works is that, when your combo meter fills up, it turns purple and activates Phantom Rush, which makes all of your attacks do 20% more damage. So, as the description says, you need to fill up your combo meter 50 separate times to trigger Phantom Rush, and it must be done in the open world, not in the training simulator.
One important thing to note about filling the combo meter is that it fills up propotionally to how much damage is done, not just in response to the number of hits performed. For example, if you're just using combos nonstop, you may only need 15-20 hits to fill the combo meter. On the flip side, if you're using the flurry attack to do tons of attacks, expect to need more like 40-50 hits to max out the meter, or even upwards of 70-80.
If you make it through the game and haven't unlocked this achievement, the enemies I've triggered Phantom Rush on every time are the Sumo Guardians on Ares Island. For whatever reason, bouncing off the walls to stun them triggered Phantom Rush for me every single time. Another good option is the ground of soldiers you encounter on Ouranos Island. Lastly, another good farming spot is against an Asura Guardian on Kronos Island. You can actually attack their "legs" to build a combo even though it doesn't damage them.

If you didn’t get the trophy after completing it and became too strong that the enemies die quickly, then you can start a new game and reach the second chaos emerald. Upgrade your Phantom Dash ability. When the production video with the first boss (Giant) starts, you need to jump on the stones and hit him on the head. You accumulate combos and fall. Repeat the required number of times.

There is an even simpler option, without restarting the game. We go to the second island (deserted), we see the enemy’s spring, since it does not receive damage except as a stomp, we simply spam the attack button on it until the victory!

There is a simpler option. When you get the first chaos emerald, there will be a huge robot standing in the clearing, run under it and hit it in the leg. You will not receive any damage, the robot does not receive any damage, but the phantom dash gauge fills up quickly.
