Unlike the other islands, this island ends at the white chaos emerald, and entering the cave door you open with Sage triggers this boss fight followed immediately by the final one.
By now, you should hopefully be fully maxed out in Power and Defense. This fight is actually very easy. Just boost right to his head and go to town. I find the
+ 
attack to be extremely powerful. Combo him until you get knocked away, then just dash back in and do it again. You should be able to drain him down to half health very quickly.
At the halfway point, he does a bit more, but the strategy is the same. Dash in and go crazy. Once you get him down to around 10% health, he'll start fleeing from you and shooting stuff all over. It can sometimes be a pain to get close, but just move around and wait for an opening. Finish off that last bit of health to end the fight. After some cutscenes, this achievement will unlock and you'll jump right into the final fight.
