You'll probably get this without even actively trying. Just break anything you can find. You'll mostly do this to crates, which contain rings, skill points and the like.
For easier finds, go to structures and grind rails in the open world. Since they usually hide springs, you'll have to break them anyway - do this by Stomping in the air using the

Throughout the game you will find plenty of breakable objects such as crates, containers, etc. Many can be simply dashed through, or you can break some by sliding (press

Breakable objects are mainly crates. You'll find tons of wooden ones (which can be broken simply by touching them) and metal ones (which can be broken with a simple 
attack). You'll also find some canisters that can be attacked to break, and always have good rewards inside (as opposed to crates, which can sometimes just be empty).
