How to unlock the The Journey Begins achievement in Sonic Frontiers - Definitive Guide

This achievement is story related and cannot be missed.
Once you start the game, after the first cyberspace level you'll learn the basics of the open world, once you fight the Tower boss fight and complete the second cyberspace level a bridge leading to the first chaos emerald at the top of a mountain will be created for you to pass.
Picking up the emerald unlocks this achievement.

for people, this might of happened to this achievement glitched on my first playthrough but after I beat the game I started a new game and did the tutorial again and it popped

You will unlock this trophy after completing the beginning tutorials, and being granted access to explore Kronos Island on your own.
