How to unlock the Ticket to Tranquility achievement in Sonic Frontiers - Definitive Guide

There are two way to gain purple coins

1) collect them throughout the different island

2) wait for a metor shower at night ( random cycle )

If collecting purple coins can be tricky as they are scattered everywhere but spots around the island that are hidden unless you search every in of the islands you wouldn't collect many

The metor shower been the best method so far but this is random it happens at night time weather changes every 10 to 20 minutes, even when it is night it not guaranteed to happen I would recommend to keep playing and you will encounter one as you progress
A cutscene happen when one is active they will be silver orbs scattered around the island beaming will colour so easy to see , each time you collect one you will spin a mini slot machine

This slot machine is random and gives you random amount of purple coins sometimes if your lucky you can get hundreds of them at a time in my first metor shower I got 750 which was plenty for this achievement but don't stop there more you gain the more time you can fish , and you need the fishing to help you with the game faster that I will create a guide for

Purple coins are found in various fixed locations in the game worlds. You can also get them after a "starfall" event that occurs after a set period of time passes in the game. During a starfall you will see bright star-like items everywhere and if you collect these you can win over 50 purple coins very easily.

Earning 100 purple coins is very easy and you'll end up with several hundred by the end so just keep picking them up or get lots during a starfall.

This should come naturally since purple coins are somewhat abundant in open zones as long as you are exploring. That and the occurance of starfalls will allow you to acquire massive amounts of purple coins easily. Make sure to save them since they are extremely useful in speeding up your platinum time and SIGNIFICANTLY reducing the grind needed to max Sonic's attributes.

While you can find some purple coins as you explore, you'll only find three to five at a time, and they're quite rare. The real way to amass purple coins is to win them from the slot machine during starfalls. Unfortunately, starfalls don't happen often, but during your time with this game and while trying to complete every island, you will unavoidably play during multiple starfalls. Just be sure to take advantage of each one: keep collecting coins to keep the slot machine going the whole time. You won't win often, but when you do win, it'll be large amounts. I won 100 and 200 purple coin jackpots in the same starfall, and that's all it takes to surpass this achievement requirement.
