How to unlock the Blue Comet achievement in Sonic Generations - Definitive Guide

In order to achieve this achievement, it's relatively simple: Gain an S-Rank in 12 of the stages in the game. This does not include Rival stages, Boss stages or any of the Challenge stages, which makes this much easier a task. In order to help, here are a few tips:
-Do not die. A perfect bonus is required for an S-Rank. Even if you do die, I recommend finishing the level. Who knows how much better you'll get with the practice?
-Have as many rings as possible. On later stages, this will be a complete pain, but the extra points can make up for a slower time.
-Complete each stage within 6 minutes or so. A higher ring score will help this quite a lot.
Luckily, the game is rather generous with the S-Ranks. It shouldn't be too hard - go for it!

Blue Comet - 40G (Original Achievement)
Difficulty: 4/10
To get this Achievement, you must get an S Rank on 12 of the 18 Acts in the game.
To get an S Rank, you MUST NOT DIE. That is the main key to this as well as getting to the goal as fast as possible.
I recommend two ways to do this.
1. Go through the levels and get a feel for them. once you know what you're up against, or once you've found enough shortcuts to feel confident, go for it.
2. Believe it or not, I actually got most of my S Ranks while going for my Red Star Rings. I watched SadFaceGaming on Youtube and ran to where they were, getting each Red Star Ring, and pausing the game when I watched to see the next RSR's location. Doing this will force you to move faster than you think your going, and take shortcuts you probably didnt know about, making your S Rank easy. (Just remember to pause between RSR's!)
