Reached the goal in CRISIS CITY Act 2 without being hit by a tornado-carried cars or rocks.
As you approach the end of Crisis City Act 2 you will face a flaming tornado that throws junk at you. You can test your reflexes and try to quick-step out of the way, but it is much easier to simply slow down - all the debris will land way ahead of you, and if you hang back far enough, it will vanish before you reach it.
The achievement triggers when you touch the goal ring.

That tornado's carrying a car

At the end of CRISIS CITY Act 2 as Modern Sonic there will be a running portion at the end with a Tornado at the very back which will throw cars and rocks at you. I found that if you took this portion slowly by not boosting or running as fast no rocks or cars would fly at you. Once you reach the end of the level the trophy will unlock
