You need to complete Green Hill Zone Act 1 (Classic Sonic) from start to finish without losing any rings you collect along the way. Whether you collect 1 or 100 it doesn't matter, as long as you don't take damage and lose them. Just take it slow, rushing can have you running into things you didn't see coming. I've included a video below by jmm546. You may not have to take it as easy as this person but at least it shows you what to look out for.

Ring King - 15G (Original Achievement)
Difficulty: 2/10
To get this Achievement you need to clear Green Hill Act 1 without ever losing a ring. So basically don't ever take damage.
If you take your time, this will be easy to do.

For this trophy you basically cannot get hit throughout one runthrough of GREEN HILL Act 1. This trophy should unlock naturally when going for Greased Lightning since you need to clear the stage almost flawlessly when doing it, otherwise you could always walk through the stage slowly and patiently.
