How to unlock the Lucky Hedgehog achievement in Sonic Origins - Definitive Guide

Within Casino Night Zone, there are fruit machines scattered around the acts, you'll come across at least one naturally regardless of route

Continually put Sonic/Tails/Knuckles into the slot above the reels until the fruit machine pays out a Jackpot (three jackpot symbols)

Whilst this does appear to be RNG, the slot machine itself can not harm you, only take your rings

If you are going for just this achievement specifically, you can level select and use debug to spawn a fruit machine and "teleport" your player character above the slot until you get the jackpot

So I cheated and used debug mode to keep transporting right above the slot machine, but even then it only took four tries to get the jackpot. So it shouldn't take too many tries attempting this legitimately.

Get a Jackpot in the slot machine in Casino Night Zone. This seems to be random, but happens often enough, so you won't need many tries.

With debug mode and level select, choose Casino Night Zone Act 1 and head to the right a bit to find a slot machine. Enter debug mode, go right above the slot where you need to be, exit debug to drop yourself in it, and then enter debug after it's done to repeat, dropping yourself into the slot over and over until you get lucky and get three Jackpots.

Throughout Casino Night Zone you may find large slot machines that you can enter for a chance to win rings. For this trophy, you must hit the jackpot on any machine. The best way to go about this is in Act 2. Towards the beginning of the stage, you will encounter a slot machine with a flipper to the bottom right of it. You can easily use this flipper to launch yourself into the slot machine for repetitive chances at this. The game does not have terrible rates, so it should not take too many attempts to obtain this trophy. Just continue to use the machine until you hit the jackpot for 100 rings.
