How to unlock the Movie Maniac achievement in Sonic Origins - Definitive Guide

On the title screen of Sonic 1 , enter the Stage Select cheat. Up, Down, Left, Right

Go down to Sound Test and enter the Debug Mode cheat. Play these sounds in this order: 01, 09, 09, 01, 00, 06, 02, 03.

Now , select the First level and while in the Debug mode , spam the item that has a tv with a coin that contains a star.
Then just collect 230 in total so you can buy all the sounds , pictures and movies need for those 3 related achievements
You need to complete the level to earn the coins

This method works for sure and also unlocks the 1000 Rings achievement along the way. But it's probably faster to just beat any of the Missions in Mission Mode with S Rank repeatedly for quick coins. I beat "Ring Challenge 50" just a few times and I already had 31 coins. It only took me a couple minutes too. You get 7 coins each time you S Rank it.

In the Museum, choose the "Movies" category. Here, press cn_RT to access Premium Collection and buy 6 items. You'll need 30 coins

How to get coins ?
  • If you have preordered the game, you'll be granted with 100 coins
  • Finish a mission in Mission Mode (depends on your rank, you get some bonus coins for a first completion)
  • Complete a Boss Rush (25 coins)
  • Get 100 rings in any game (1 coin - Anniversary or Story only)
  • Find a "Coin" TV in any game (former "Extra Life" TV) (1 coin - Anniversary or Story only)
  • Finish a Special Stage in any game (3 coins - Anniversary or Story only)

I suggest going for the trophies related to getting S ranks in missions before doing this. This is because completing Missions and playing through the games in Anniversary mode will reward coins which you can spend at the museum. If you complete each game in Anniversary Mode and S rank 10 missions from each game, you will have way more than enough coins to obtain this. Just buy 6 premium movie items to obtain this.
