Enter Arcade or Offline Versus mode and highlight Amy Rosy the Rascal on the character select screen, but don't select her. While Amy is highlighted, press the Start button. Honey the Cat will then replace Amy on the character select and you'll be able to play as her. Now just press A to select Honey and as soon as the fight starts, you'll get a quick and easy 60G!

For this achievement you'll need to use Honey the Cat in an Arcade or Offline game mode.

In order to use Honey the Cat as a playable character you'll need to select Arcade/Offline and choose Amy, but press START on her instead of A. This will select Honey the Cat for you.

As soon as the match starts you should pop this 60G achievement

The achievement description is basically a guide.
When you're on the character select screen you have to move to Amy. Now hold start and press

Also I feel I should say that Honey doesn't have a mirror match.

This achievement can be easily unlocked in any game mode by pressing

when choosing Rosy the Rascal (commonly known today as Amy Rose). Simply finish a fight with Honey the Cat and this achievement should pop.

If you follow the roadmap, you shall earn this trophy in your Arcade Mode run. Hover over Amy in the character select screen and press . A '???' sign will cover Amy's name, then press to confirm the character. When you enter the first round of Arcade, the trophy will unlock.
