To get this Achievement, you simply need to clear the first Act of Emerald Hill Zone. Seeing as Emerald Hill is the 1st Zone in the game, all you have to do is start up a game and run all the way to the flag at the end and touch it. You will get your results screen and Achievement around the same time.
