The 3rd and 4th levels of the game are the Hydrocity Stages and because they are mostly contained with water, some find stages like this a little difficult so just take your time. You have the advantage of a save feature that you can use to save your progress at any point in the game so if there's a section that you think you're going to die, save it and then attempt and if you fail, re-load the game save.

Simply complete these two acts to get this achievement.

This is the 2nd Zone of the game and its a bit all over the place. This zone is mostly underwater as the name suggests so tread carefully and make sure to grab air bubbles to stay alive. To defeat the boss simply run away from Eggman when he twists up the water and then use the water as a step to get up and attack Eggman when he stops twisting it. Eggman will also drop capsules that will explode in the water and blasts the water upwards, if you jump on a capsule just right, it will launch you up to hit Eggman.
