How to unlock the Airdevil achievement in SONIC UNLEASHED - Definitive Guide

After obtaining the wall jump shoes, head to Chun Nan and use the wall jump technique on the wall at the beginning of the level. From here you will see the shoes (they are shown to you as you enter the level anyway).

Then use the spring where you will be prompted to press X to perform the move and get the achievement.

YOU NEED TO HAVE MASTERED THE WALL JUMP TECHNIQUE TO GET THIS UPGRADE. When you enter the Chun-nan's entrance stage during the day, move forward a bit and the cutscene will trigger, showing you where this upgrade is. You will find two close walls on the left hand side with a trail of rings going up. Perform a wall jump to the top and grab the upgrade. Then do a high jump () and hold to perform the Air Boost.

The Air Boost upgrade can be found in Chun-nan's entrance stage. You will need the Wall Jump upgrade. Once upgraded, perform the move ( -> Hold ) and it will unlock.
