For some reason there has not been a guide for this, so i'll go ahead and make one for your pleasure =D.

These are the requirements for each chili dog mission:

Day
Time Trial
Level 1 - Finish the stage in 5 Minutes
Level 2 - Finish the stage in 4 Minutes
Level 3 - Finish the stage in 3 Minutes
Battle Trial
Level 1 - Destroy 35 enemies or more and finish the stage
Level 2 - Destroy 45 enemies or more and finish the stage
Level 3 - Destroy 55 enemies or more and finish the stage
Ring Trial
Level 1 - Finish the stage with 100 Rings or more
Level 2 - Finish the stage with 200 Rings or more
Level 3 - Finish the stage with 300 Rings or more

Night
Time Trial
Level 1 - Finish the stage in 20 Minutes
Level 2 - Finish the stage in 15 Minutes
Level 3 - Finish the stage in 10 Minutes
Survival
Level 1 - Finish the stage without being able to heal
Level 2 - Finish the stage without being able to heal. Werehog starts with 1/2 Health
Level 3 - Finish the stage without being able to heal. Werehog starts with 1/4 Health

If you need help on getting this achievement, use the youtube videos below to help. However, I would not recommend using these videos for the day time battle trials though since that would require taking the longer path, but eventually post up a video for that one though. As for the night time survival trials just use the first video for that and try not to get hit too much. Other tips are following these videos, maxing out your stats, and go a little slow with the werehog ones.
