I was going through Arrow Floor 1 again doing some of those Aoin directives. As I made my way towards the end of the dungeon some different types of enemies began to spawn.
Instead of the regular red blocky figures appearing, some of them would be yellow/golden. Simply kill this enemy (was level 10 for me here) and you're done.

Just for added context, these enemies will run away from you if spotted, will dodge a lot in battle, and will flee in roughly 3 turns.
