You'll get this achievement when you've leveled up your equipped demon enough that all their skill moves are unlocked, and will then get a present from that demon, by which point the achievement should pop. You'll accomplish this through Pixie, Ringo's equipped demon that you start off with when you begin the game, and you'll unlock her whole moveset when you level her up to level 5 or so, as you battle through the first portion of the shipyard.
