How to unlock the Past and Present Entwined achievement in Soul Hackers 2 - Definitive Guide

Must get one character to Soul Level 100 and beat the final boss at the end of the 4th Axis dungeon. You get Soul Level by choosing dialogue options they like in the story and hangouts. I found quite a few hang outs by exploring dungeons and getting items from my demons.
