So there's a couple of ways to do this. The quick way is just focus on getting one character to 200 soul if you don't want to do a second playthrough since it's hard enough to get everyone up to 100 in one playthrough. The best way to do this is to do a second playthrough by loading the clear data you receive from beating the game essentially starting a new game+. The soul points you earn are multiplied by the amount of playthroughs you're on. Second playthrough doubles soul points and a third triples, etc.

Once you have 200 soul available you just have to progress to the final gate in the soul matrix on the fifth floor. Arrow's is the easiest to get through
