The Requirements:
This achievement requires you to acquire 10 stacks for your Sabbath at the end of your combat turn.
Sabbath stacks are gained when attacking and hitting and enemies weakness. 1 weakness hit = 1 Sabbath. With 4 characters doing 1 weakness attack would only equal 4, but there are ways to increase this to 10.
First, when going through the Soul Matrix for your side characters and unlock their gates, when you have unlocked I believe some of the gates on the 2nd floor, you will be able to acquire their passive ability to add a stack when hitting specific weaknesses. For Ringo talk to your Soul self in the hub area of the Soul Matrix to unlock hers.
The weaknesses are:
Ringo: Electricity Stack
Arrow: Gunfire Stack & Ice Stack
Milady: Physical Stack & Fire Stack
Saizo: Gunfire Stack & Force Stack
The max you can get with these passive though however is still only 8, 1 for each weakness + 1 for the bonus.
To get the last stacks you need, you can upgrade Ringos COMP with one of the first Commander Skills: Stack Optimization. This will add an additional bonus to any attack, weakness or not.
Once you have obtained all passive upgrades and Stack Optimization you just need to find an enemy group where you can activate Stack Optimization and deal weakness damage with at least two passive stack upgrades (ex Ice weakness with Arrow, Fire weakness with Milday, then any weakness with Ringo and Saizo), this will get you 10 stacks.
The easiest method:
To make this achievement basically free, wait until you have unlocked the 3rd floor of the Soul Matrix, you will be able to grab a request for Saizo's 3rd floor called "Target: Ippon-Datara". This is one of the special extra boss fights. This boss is incredibly tanky and weak to all elements. All you have to do is make sure each character is equipped with the appropriate abilities (make sure Arrow can deal Ice damage, Milady fire, etc etc), activate Stack Optimization (make sure you have it charged before entering the fight), and attack with each element. You will obtain this very easily.

It is worth noting pointed out in the comments that you must have 10 demons in your party to actually get a stack up to 10

couldn't players just use Ma- skills to target multiple enemies' weaknesses in one turn?
