How to unlock the It's Great to Have a Body! achievement in Soul Hackers 2 - Definitive Guide

If you played the game and only used a few types of food you prefer for the buff then you will need to jump back and forth from the Safehouse to a Dungeon to get this. There are 31 total meals and you will not be able to complete the achievement until near the end of the game. Additionally and some meals are missable if not unlocked before endgame. These can of course be obtained during the required 2nd playthrough in NG+.

As you progress both shops and teammates will unlock food. I found when going for this eating food also seemed to prompt teammates to give you a new meal (which can then be bought from shops if you happen to sell them). You can tell if you have eaten the food as smiley faces will appear for the characters.

Meal Route
  1. Go to the different shops and vending machines buy 1 of each food offered.
  2. Go to the Safehouse and eat a meal, hold cn_RB to fast foward dialogue
  3. Exit and push cn_up to slect a dungeon (for me it was the Tower)
  4. Turn around and leave
  5. Push cn_down to go back to the Safehouse
  6. Rinse and repeat
All Meals List
* Some are missable once you complete the West Shipping Discrict late in the game

If you unlocked meals at a different time let me know in the comments.

I also used Axis as a quick in and out spot to reset the meals. Simply enter the main hub of the Matrix, hit start, and back to the safehouse. I preferred it over seeing the Ringo demon send off animation 30 times over.

I just ate the last of the 30 meals at the beginning of the final dungeon. Achievement popped. Haven't even cleared 4F of the matrix yet.

The meals listed as "missable" are not the meals I received after the described conditions were met in my playthrough. I actually seem to have had several variations from this list in the same manner.

Edited for typo

yeah the list in this guide is completely useless, didn't want to say anything though. I got the Varja Sara Udon early early on, not in the end-game like it says for example. The whole list is incorrect really.

The ones listed as missable are due to the spoiler of a teammate. The "when" is a rough estimate of when you will our should unlock them if you haven't already. Other conditions may make them available sooner. If you know approximately when/what dungeon you had completed let everyone know and I can update.

I believe the best strategy is to just go to the safehouse after every sidequest, matrix, and hangout. Basically all the time. That's what I did and got all food early on I'd say.
