Soul Stalker

This one is pretty easy to get in a Journey considering it's extremely beneficial to have a high crit chance anyway. Look for the stat boost after each combat encounter (it's relatively common) and also Trinkets that boost crit chance (these always seemed rare for me). You start at 20% in a Journey so it should be easy enough to get this in any run where you target it.
