can u tell me who the last character is on the 4th page on illustration and what i need to do to unlock him or her, who is on the bottom left of the first page in high quality models, and who is the person second across on the promotional page

There all Algol, you need to beat the story mode with a character that fights him to unlock him, Mitsurugi is who I used to unlock him.
