How to unlock the Water Moon achievement in Soulcalibur IV - Definitive Guide

This is a method for boosting Online with a friend

Create a Standard Xbox Live Player Match with rounds set to 5 and the time to 80.

Now both players select Ivy (Not sure if it matters but the player getting the achievement used the first outfit), once the match begins the player going for the achievement needs to start spamming cn_A+cn_B+cn_X+cn_Y all together (Ivy should do a sort of bow into her shoulder move) Alternatively can press cn_LB.

Now the other player (Not going for the achievement) needs to get near you and press and cn_A+cn_X, if timed correctly you should perform a Grapple Break (You'll know when the break has been achieved as it will display 'Grapple Break' under your name and you will both be jolted away from each other)

You should be able to be to get 2-3 Grapple Breaks before the other player needs to get close enough to you again.

Once the achievement pops switch over roles.

Here's a video to demonstrate Grapple Breaks in action
Note the video is recorded in local VS which will NOT count for the achievement.

just play through the game... all you have to do for a grapple break is press "a" or "b" (x or y default) when the grab starts it will even tell you when you do it on the side

Played through arcade twice, all 32 characters, plus a few extras and didn't pop.

This should also come naturally. You can make a custom character with Auto Grapple Break A equipped to help.
