For some reason, I couldn't get the Reversal Edge method to work, so I'm posting my method in case it happens to other people. I did it with two controllers, but you can certainly do it against the CPU as well.

I started a Player VS Player match, and I used Ivy. I picked Mitsurugi for my opponent. I don't think it matters, as long as it's a male character. The rest of the settings and the stage don't matter.

Once in the game, you wanna get close to your opponent and do (with default control mapping). You have to hold for this to work. She will kick the male character in the balls, and it'll say "Lethal Hit" on the left, under your name. Just repeat 9 more times.

EDIT: I realized that some people might have a hard time figuring out the controller icons (especially the left stick one), so to be clear, the move is diagonal down right on the left stick + Hold the B button. Again, this is if you use the default control mapping.

This is a lot easier then it sounds like. The best way to get this is either having two controllers or a online friend to help out.

What you want to do is pick a 3 round match with unlimited time or what your comfortable with. Pick your favourite character and your least favourite to beat up on. When the match starts up press RB to go into a reversal edge animation and move don't press anything it should be a draw and both characters should get knocked back allowing a second attack I just mashed the X button on the controller you want the achievement on. You should get an successful deadly strike and you just need to rinse and repeat until it pops in game. You need 10 total strikes

**Please don't quit of your match, finish it by knockouts or ring outs because the achievement for unlocking the rest them is glitchy. People have advised to not quit on achievement pop matches just to be safe**

Sorry but creating YET ANOTHER guide for this simple cheevo but since I was unable to understand fully or do it with the others, I went to do one myself to help others.

You have to perform 10 lethal hits, which is one of the categories on the move list for each character.
The simplest, easiest to perform was with Ivy, one called "Rage Kick", which basically kicks a guy in the balls.

Pick Ivy, and you can use the storyline or arcade mode but, if you're in a hurry pick VS mode and choose a male caracter as the opponent (Mitsurugi i.e.).
Going into battle, just press + (diagonal down\right + kick). Ivy will kick the opponent on the balls and he will fall down. After he gets up, kick it again. In 10 times you are done.

If you are doing correctly, you will see "Lethal Hit" msg under your character name.

Select 'Battle' then 'Versus' with the following settings:

Player: Player vs CPU
Round Count: 1
Battle Time: Infinite
CPU Difficulty: Easy
Battle Mode: Standard
Pause Menu: Standard

Select Ivy as your character and anybody as the opponent. In the match attack your opponent by pressing Right+B (Hold). You will know if you are successful because 'Lethal Hit' will appear under your characters name.

You should manage 10 in one match but if you don't repeat the process a second time to get the full amount (or increase the number of rounds).

This can also be done against a second controller but on Easy this is still very simple to complete.
