Necro's only appear in Chapter 4 - Cartman's "South Park Backyards"

You need to have the Cheesing Power

And You need to gain the Cheesy Zombies Power Upgrade.

Then it's only a matter of killing a Necro in the 2nd act (the necromancers that raise the dead) and then using cheesing on their corpse.
