There are four in game.
You get Moses for defeating the Preists inside the Church.
When you unlock Fartkour, you'll find Gerald on top of the SoDoSopa, give him a vial of cheese and he'll let you summon him.
Either create a macaroni picture to summon Moses or use a cheese Vial by pressing

during combat.
All summons once unlocked are used by

on the D pad.

This achievement is gotten by activating a summon during a battle. The first summon you will get is in the church. The first summon is fully story related so don't worry you won't miss it. The next time you enter a battle press

and select the summon and then activate it.

The earliest you can get this trophy is after the Church mission, when you are given the crafting recipe for Moses. Once in a battle, use the item to call a summon to your aid

Doing a summons in the game requires you to select the respective summon item from your inventory during a battle. Before you can do that, you must first acquire one of the four summons and their summoning item (See Friend Finder for all the summons locations and how to get them). The first summon you will get is Moses as you will get it after you complete the mission at the church where you must survive the back room with the priests. After you make it through there, Father Maxi will give you unlock the Moses summon by giving you the macaroni pictures. Now just enter any battle and choose to use the macaroni art from your items. You can either wait until later or when you have any of the other summons if you desire. Regardless of which summon you use, after you do one the trophy will pop.
