How to unlock the Corporate Wolf achievement in South Park: The Fractured but Whole - Definitive Guide
During the game you will get to a point where Professor Chaos will call you and ask for your assistance at the bank. At this point in the story you've unlocked Stan AKA Toolshed which will be required to enter the bank as there are Lego Lava bricks covering the entrance. Once inside you will be in a cutscene with Chaos and the banker and he will introduce you to the economic value mini game which again, is completely based on RNG.
Now it's more complicated then just pressing and hoping you land on the thing you need to land on. By landing on tiles you get special perks which allow the game to become much easier as you climb your way up to the 0.01% mark that you need to reach.
Credit Default Swaps - Land on the light blue tiles to unlock a perk called Market Manipulation which will have the tiles light up randomly allowing you to stop when you wish. I would only use these ones towards the start of a match.
Tech Stocks - Land on the dark blue tiles to unlock a perk called Insider Trading which will allow you to stop the wheel at any time you wish. This is helpful if you want a specific perk or your board is mostly black.
Real Estate - Land on the orange tiles to unlock a perk called Taxpayer Bailout which will allow you to land on black tiles and not lose any progress. I would always try having at least one on hand towards the end when the wheel spins faster.
Index Fund - Land on the red tiles to unlock a perk called Short Sell which will turn all black spots into money and all normal spots into black spots.
Soy Beans Futures - Land on the green tiles to unlock the perk Agile Investing which will multiply whatever you land on by x3. This is a extremely helpful perk which can help you skip entire sections in one to two spins.
Gold - Land on the yellow tiles to unlock the perk Gold4Ca$h which will turn all black tiles into gold tiles. Land on the gold tiles and you will get another one of these perks.
Keep playing until you reach the 0.01% mark and when you do the achievement/trophy will unlock.
2. Quit the bank game and manually save.
3. Repeat until you get to .01% tier.
If you go bankrupt, reload your save. It took me roughly 10 minutes from start to finish.
Once you gain access to the Bank (this happens as part of the story), you will be able to play the Wheel of Fortune type mini-game. The spins are all random, so this may take some time, but you just need to continue spinning the wheel until you are in the top 0.01% in the stock market. If you hit one of the black pieces with the broken piggy bank on it twice in a row you'll go bankrupt, so use your bonuses wisely to avoid that. Each time you land on a piece, it is replaced by a black tile, until you go up to the next "Economic Class" which will reset the board. The final Economic Class is 0.01% and upon reaching that, the achievement will unlock.
Note: Backup your save before attempting this trophy so if anything goes wrong, you can get your money back.
Before going for this trophy, you must first complete the quest "Always Bet On Chaos" with Butters to get a loan to pay off his minions. After that is completed, you can go back to the banker and play the economic mini-game more. Your goal is to make it up into the 0.01% level economically by playing the mini-game which will be 6 spots higher than what you are currently at after playing the game once during the quest mentioned above. During the mini-game, you will spin the wheel and try to raise your value above a certian point in order to get to the next level. The key is to spin the wheel and try to avoid any bankrupt spaces as it will drop you down an economic level if you do. While this is luck based, you can use some of the powerups you get from landing on certain spots to your advantage. Here are what each of the powerups do:
- Insider Trading (Tech Stocks) - Allows you to stop the wheel when you want to by pressing .
- Taxpayer Bailout (Real Estate) - Protects you from your next bankruptcy so you don't lose everything.
- Market Manipulation (Credit Default Swaps) - Turns your next spin into a Press Your Luck type game where it blinks around randomly to the different spots and you must hit in order to stop it on the one you want.
- Gold4Ca$h (Gold) - Turns all of the bankruptcy spots on the wheel into gold spots.
- Short Sell (Index Funds) - Swaps all bankruptcy spots to cash ones and all cash ones to bankruptcy ones.
- Agile Investing (Soy Bean Futures) - Gives you 3x the payout on your next spin.
The best ones for you to get in my opinion are the Insider Trading, Market Manipulation & Gold ones. The Insider Trading & Market Manipulation ones are good to have at the beginning so you can try to stop on those again so you keep getting those powerups. Once you have a few bankruptcy spots on the wheel, the Gold4Ca$h one is the best as it will turn them into more Gold spots and the chances of landing on another Gold spot to get that power up again gets higher each time.
Keep spinning the wheel and raising your level up until you get to the 0.01% economic level and the trophy pops.
