Don't worry about getting hurt by the spikes on the first wall you climb, just ignore them.
When you get to a big open space outside, ignore the enemies and grab a bomb, head for the pillar that is flashing red, blow it up, and continue on.
The platforming in this level is quite hard, you'll just have to memorize the patterns.
Once you reach a circular room with three closed doors, after the platforming, just head straight for the door in front of you, don't bother with the others.
