Like with the previous racer achievements, just head for the end of the level ignoring any enemy of collectible. This level is a lot of platforming but a lot of easy platforming.
You want to do it as fast as you can because you need to defeat the last three enemies to finish the level and the boss is kinda hard, but there are a few bananas nearby so shouldn't be too hard.
