How to unlock the Scrap Delivery achievement in Space Engineers - Definitive Guide
This achievement will require about 170 waves of drones
The easiest way to do this is to be in creative and add a safe-zone around your beacon. (this needs to be powered by a large reactor and safe zone chips). From there set up the safe- zone to allow bullets but no damage. The safe-zone should whitelist you and your grids and forcibly eject all enemy drones. Due to this setup your defences may shoot the drones whilst not needing to be repaired. You can AFK the game whilst it shoots the drones down for you. (it's advised to make your defences stations so the recoil from the drones on your turrets don't knock them off/out)
If you don't want to do it semi-legitimately you can do the following:
You load the following scenario via workshop.
https://spaceengineers.mod.io/never-surrender-n1
From there you wait a few minutes (be warned there's no hud and it's slightly glitched). if it doesn't work straight away you can try exit and saving and re-trying [Space Engineers currently being tad unstable on OG Xbox One]

Thanks worked like a charm. Yeah, as you said, you might be unable to move but after about 5 minutes the achievement should pop! + 1

168 waves...
Build large ship with tons of guns (40 Gatling turrets, all on one side), place wielder block next to each turret so it will fix itself. Place decoy (or 2), cover them with one layer of heavy armor blocks, use wielder blocks here too. Pack some ammo (I have had 21k but 10k should be enough), tons of spare parts, to feed your wielders (steel plates 10k?, grids 4k? and stuff to fix turrets). Go to the green marker (<100m) to start the first wave. Face your guns toward new spawned enemies and strafe (3-5m/s) to avoid debris. Set your gatlings range to at least 750m and allow them to shoot down rockets. Cover the beacon with armor block and fix it between waves. The Achievement should pop during 168 wave.
