I recommend doing this in chapter 1 with the difficulty set to easy.
At the squad set up equip Barachiel with the assault cannon and power fist, his firepower will come in very useful. Give Nahum the stormbolter and the narthecium whilst you'll fare best with the mkii stormbolter and power sword. The opening sequences of the level are sparcely populated with genestealers but this won't last. After the first mission objective is met things can get frantic.
Monitor your health and that of your two comrades, Barachiel is somewhat expendable but apothecary Nahum is definitely not. Use his narthecium to heal the squad as sparingly as possible, you'll likely need to be healed in the final assault of the level when having to defend the breach.
The psygate is launched by the touchpad, so avoid it throughout. If you do accidentally touch it and the psygate gets activated, shut it down again with the touchpad before the launch timer runs out.
