Ok so I found this quite confusing, but I’ll say how I got it, in the hope it might help.
I unlocked this after completing mission 6, with Brother Amando.
What I had done was unlock all his cards by going into squad management before a mission (3 to upgrade). Then in addition, using RT I had unlocked 3 modules for him.
I thought the achievement would unlock when I had upgraded all 3 cards, and added 2 modules in the slots. However, it unlocked when I upgraded a 3rd module for him, and replaced it. FYI I had “door buster” and “defensive posture” in the slots, upgraded the 3rd (sustained fire) and replaced “door buster” with this.
