This is the first mission you start, after the tutorial.
Key here is that you only have to get 2 Space Marines to the exit, and it ends, even if you still have other Marines alive.
For me, I advanced my sergeant and first marine the full 4 moves as fast as possible towards the exit. I put my Assault Cannon marine facing towards the main genestealer entrance, and put him on overwatch, with another Marine facing the entrance the genestealers create after 2-3 rounds.
This should work, and even if you lose a Marine, you 2 advancing towards the exit will get there in plenty of time!
