Key here is that you only have to get 2 Space Marines to the exit, and it ends, so as long as all your Marines are still alive, the achievement will unlock.
For me, I advanced my sergeant and first marine the full 4 moves as fast as possible towards the exit. I put my Assault Cannon marine facing towards the main genestealer entrance, and put him on overwatch, with another Marine facing the entrance the genestealers create after 2-3 rounds. Also, shoot the doors off, so as to give you an even greater chance of success. See below pic which will perhaps explain it better
Save at the start of every round as well, so that if things go against you (ie your bolter marine missing on overwatch), you can reload. The assault cannon marine is a death dealing machine, so you should have no issue here.

Just want to point out for anyone the deployment order. Sergeant, Assault, Assault, Assault, then Heavy Weapon Bearer last. This is because the Heavy Weapon Bearer has the least distance to go before holding up. Don't want to block the corridor with him.
