How to unlock the Savior of the Imperium achievement in Space Hulk: Tactics - Definitive Guide
There are 13 missions in the Blood Angels Campaign, plus a bonus mission (for the Relic achievement), plus numerous horde missions you will have to do (again and again!).
Rather than a solution, I would just advise a number of tips to get you through.
First off, know your strengths/weaknesses, and same for the Genestealers. Distance is your greatest friend as the Blood Angels, and overwatch so always make sure you position your Marines accordingly, and not just round corners. Long corridors on overwatch will often stop them advancing - in hand to hand you are often dead meat.
SAVE at the start of every turn. The computer is very clever, so if you shoot at a genestealer and miss, and re-load, then you will roll the same for a miss again. However, the advantage this gives you, is that you can then avoid wasting action points. So next time, you could melee instead, or move away - or if you rolled a 5 and miss, use a command card of +1 shoot, to get the kill.
ALWAYS use overwatch - the AI is actually quite conservative, so often the genestealers will just hide in side corridors, even if you are 2-3 squares away. If you get attacked and die, you can always reload the last save, and with hindsight, try another strategy.
The shoot at objects as you move is worth turning on most times - this can help you shoot out doors, and genestealers on the move, saving APs.
I am always very aggressive for the first 2-3 turns - often just march your men as fast/far as possible, as you can get a good way to your objective, before getting bogged down in slow moves and overwatch.
You don't lose men for future missions, so don't worry about a sacrificial lamb - leaving a guy behind on overwatch to cover a corridor for a couple of turns is a good strategy, as he may get swamped eventually but tie up a load of genestealers in the interim - whilst your other men advance to the objective.
The assault cannon is a God - sod the flamer as he often blocks your advances with his flame. As soon as you can get 2 in your squad, do it. I often used my assault cannons to either lead the charge or cover my rear, as they hardly ever miss. Just be careful in later levels as you can run out of ammo.
The Librarian's ability to block a square is awesome, as it can completely block off an advance of genestealers. Often I have advanced fully, knowing I wont be attacked as I'll use this power at the end of the round. Also, use the command cards for +1 PSI point for genestealer kills, when you are putting men on overwatch, as this can build these points massively.
If you stand on the squares where genestealers spawn, they can't - likewise on the teleport levels, when you stand on the entry/exit point. I've often moved and left a marine on a spawn point to protect the group.
I found all the levels challenging but do-able. Happy to help if you are stuck - send me a PM.
Good luck!!

Mission 10 seemed the most difficult to me, where you need to survive 10 turns (and, if possible, steal the servo skull). I found this option: occupy the lower left corner of the map, placing a flamethrower forward and flooding the intersection with promethium. Details are in the video guide .
