To get this you have to have an apothecary in your squad. When any Marine dies, if he is in an adjacent/next square, he gets a dice roll to revive any marine killed. A 4 plus on a dice roll will automatically revive the killed marine and unlock the achievement.
If you want to boost this, then have your squad in a corridor, with a normal marine first and an apothecary right behind him. Save at the end of your turn and let the genestealers attack. If your apothecary fails to save the marine, just reload your save until it works.

I find pretty much the result for the roll is determined before the save. Everytime I have ever reloaded a save and tried again the result was the exact same.
