To get this achievement you need to play as the genestealer.
Obviously, this can be easily boosted in a multiplayer match - as you can get your co-op partner to face his back to you, giving you an automatic kill, and also get the achievement for killing a marine from behind.
If you are playing this properly, the best mission tends to be objective, not defend, as the Terminators have to move, and as such hide your genestealers out of line of sight around corners, and just swarm the marines when they are near. Don’t forget to use your command cards when you are going to fight the sergeant to improve your chances.
