To earn this achievement, you first must have earned the achievement for having unlocked all eight Space Jam cards. Each time you start the game or lose a live, you can select a new Space Jam card to use in gameplay using the 
button once it has been charged up. You charge it by attacking and defeating enemies. @Clad master suggests that spamming 
is the fastest way to build the charge for using the Card. Activating a Card on a 2nd or 3rd player also counts towards the 1st player's activations for this achievement, so you'll unlock it slightly faster by playing with multiple controllers.
Generally speaking, you can change to a new Card the next time you lose a life or start a new game. The game does not track which Cards you have activated, but there are only eight to keep track of.

Cards activated by 2nd player counts for the achievement.So it's way faster like this.

After completing Play Your Cards Right (50G), you will have all the cards you need. Now start up any mode, select a Space Jam Card and use it. Quit out and restart the mode with a different Space Jam Card and use it. Rinse and repeat until you have used all the Space Jam Cards.
