Personally for me the best strategy for taking out the enemies was to do jump kicks and keep throwing the charged ball attack at them, HOLD
then release, you can also summon the ball back into your hands by holding the 
button.

The easiest way is to start a new game on original mode. Just play through the full game and the achievement should unlock!

Simply finish the game. You can do this using as many lives as possible; however, you can combine this with Most Valuable Player (100G) if you don't retry at all. You can complete this solo or with a friend through couch co-op.
