The best enemy to do this against is the Prime mini bosses. You will face a number of them through the main game. As it spawns, you want to do a jump kick to knock it into the air. Then stand under it and time your punches to keep juggling it. You will earn 100 points per juggle and if you complete 5 juggles you will also get a style bonus!

Make sure you do your jump kick from as far away as possible so you land quickly after the initial hit and have plenty of time to land the first juggle hit

The best enemy to juggle is the Prime Mini boss, you can juggle an enemy by doing a jump kick 
and following it up with punches while the enemy is in the air. Play through the game for about 4-5 minutes until you reach the Prime Mini boss (Four Armed Metal Boss) and do a jump kick and follow it up with 5 punches, you may have to slightly walk towards the enemy and also take your time with the punches if you do it to fast it won't count.
I show this Achievement in my Walkthrough starting at 3:12 minutes into the video for those who prefer visual guides.

I find the best enemy to do this on is the prime bot enemy, start with a jump kick then try to land 4 punches before he hits the ground. Do not mash punch.

This achievement will definitely take a lot of practice. Play a new game and simply defeat all the enemies until you find the prime boss. (destroy the blue capsule with the save file inside)
The prime boss should be located on a patch of sand. Do a jump kick, (press and then afterwards). Quickly press the button when your under the boss 5 times and the achievement should unlock!
